THRIVE Over 65
We’re so excited to launch a brand-new 6-week programme at Momentum, created especially for women aged 65 and over.
This is more than just exercise. It’s about moving with confidence, feeling stronger in everyday life, improving balance and mobility and making new friends along the way.
What is included?

2 sessions per week for 6 weeks

Small, welcoming groups (max 6 ladies)

2 friendly coaches supporting every session
-
40 minutes of gentle, tailored strength and movement
-
Followed by a 20-minute sit-down with a hot drink and a chat
No experience needed, just bring yourself, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Over the 6 weeks, we’ll work on:

Strength, balance & mobility

Confidence & coordination
-
Stamina & independence

We will be running just 2 groups per 6 weeks, therefore, spaces are LIMITED.
Times:

Mondays & Wednesdays at 2pm
-
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 2:30pm

Starting Monday 3rd November
Cost:
£199 for 6 weeks (just £16.50 per session, with two coaches supporting you).
Every lady will have a free consultation first, so we can chat about your needs, health, and any worries before you start.
This is a wonderful opportunity for women 65+ and for daughters who’d love to see their mums take a positive step toward better health and happiness
